OK we have this rule at our school that says Boys cant wear earrings and girls can,thats not fair,i know if they make a rule sayin boys cant wear long hair like permed afro's im changin schools,wut do ya think bout dis rule.

It's the American Civil Liberties Union, and it's sorta like the NAACP, but it's for all Americans rather than just African Americans. Any time your rights are being violated they will take the case and not charge you for it. They also have a history of defending students when their rights are violated by their schools.
For example, here in Oklahoma in the last few years there have been two major cases involving high schools. One was a Native American student who filed a suit against her school because they had an Indian mascot and she thought it was derogative to her heritage (they won this case and now the Enid Plainsmen either have to use arrows as their symbol thing or they have to hire an authentic Native American Chief to come to each game and wear his traditional clothing to be their symbol- and this is very expensive). The second case was in Tulsa, and it was a teacher forcing her students to take a test on a certain day. One of the students had some sort of religious holiday and didnt take the test and filed suit against the school for giving her an F). They also won this case.
They may find that the hair (on males or females) is a classroom distraction if it's too big and the people behind you cant see. But I think a few phone calls from the ACLU would end the earring rule.

my school has some really dumb rules concerning what we can wear and look like,
if one of us walked in with our hair died blue we would be suspended until it grows out, girls can wear 2 earings, guys can only wear one..
and yea i go to a public school.
