What are some of your favorite rock bands? I know that at least half of the board does listen to rock.
Well as for me check out my post under the "Whatcha listening to?" topic, and take off Eminem and D12

well the only rock I listen to is punk and ska, and sometimes modern rock. I don't think it's the type of rock your into.. but anyway..
SUBLIME!!.. Lagwagon, nofx, no use for a name, zebrahead, nerfherder, Ataris, Avail, Inspection 12, the Dickies, Hi-standard, Badastronaut, sugarcult, new found glory, some Good Charlotte, Asorted Jellybeans, Lucky 7, Juliana Theory, Brodiepunk, and Save Ferris
and I haven't heard a lot, but from what I've heard I like deisel boy, good riddance, mad caddies, face to face, and five cent deposit

mmm rock huh? I like Orgy, and some Korn... not really alot of heavy rock.. some mainstream shit is ok, just not when its overplayed and begins to annoy me...

well the only rock I listen to is punk and ska, and sometimes modern rock. I don't think it's the type of rock your into. Actually I am into punk. Just the old school punk like the Sex Pistols, The Rollins Band, Black Flag, Living Colour, The Ramones, and The Clash. I'm also into some of the newer punk like old school Rage Against The Machine (I just don't like old school Green Day. I wonder why some people say they are punk). Grunge like Nirvana, Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, and Pearl Jam was really hard hitting and kick ass. |
