Why would I want to grow up...that woudn't be any fun.
I was saying that, that the girls who aren't shy have to ask out guys who are (jokingly saying...they didn't have a pair) I'll be sure to word my responses more delicately next time though.

Theres nothing wrong with a girl asking a guy out. It doesnt mean shes desperate, it means she has self-confidence and knows what she wants and isnt a great big baby about trying to get it.
I personally have never and probably will never ask a guy out, but that isnt because I dont think I should. It's just that the idea of it is so scary to me. I pity guys because most girls expect them to do the asking- I would never get up the nerve.
